You can have your order delivered anywhere in the UK, or collect it from The Pocket in Bideford for free.

UK delivery: £3.95

Delivery is a flat £3.95 per order, however much you buy.

We aim to send orders within 3 working days, and we'll email you when yours is on its way. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days of being sent.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Orders placed in the run-up to Christmas may take a little longer.

Click & collect: free

Choose Collect in store at checkout and pick your order up from The Pocket.

• We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 2 working days.
• Collect it during The Pocket's opening hours. Bring your order number or confirmation email.
• We'll keep your order for 14 days. If you can't make it in that time, just let us know.

Outside the UK

We don't deliver outside the UK at the moment.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of us sending it, or it arrives damaged or with something missing, email [email protected] with your order number. A photo helps if anything is damaged. We'll sort out a replacement or a refund.
