    Changed your mind?

    You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive it. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start the day after the last one arrives. For click & collect orders, they start the day after you collect.

    How to send something back

    1. Email [email protected] within the 14 days with your order number and the items you're returning. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.
    2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to: Argia Property, 75 High Street, Bideford, Devon, EX39 2AA. Or drop them in to The Pocket.
    3. Keep your proof of postage. You pay the cost of sending items back unless they're faulty or we sent you the wrong thing.

    Your refund

    We'll refund the price of the items within 14 days of getting them back, or of you showing us proof you've sent them, whichever is sooner. If you return your whole order, we'll also refund the £3.95 delivery charge. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

    You're welcome to try clothes on as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.

    Items we can't take back

    Unless they're faulty, we can't accept returns of:

    • food & drink, such as coffee, once it's been opened
    • anything made or personalised for you

    Faulty or wrong items

    If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the cost of sending it back and sort out a refund, repair or replacement. This is on top of your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which aren't affected. See our Shop Terms & Conditions for more.
